All our services are quoted and invoiced in US dollars($). This choice of currency aims to provide clear transparency in our international transactions and ensure effective communication with our clients worldwide.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
- If the client wishes to cancel a project before its completion, written notification is required with at least 14 days’ notice.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 14 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost will apply.
- Any non-refundable payment made prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Mixser Agency:
- In the unlikely event that Mixser Agency needs to cancel a project, written notification will be provided with at least 14 days’ notice.
- In such a case, Mixser Agency agrees to refund any pre-paid payment in full within 30 days of cancellation.
Changes to Project Date:
- If the client needs to change the project start or completion date, written notification with at least 14 days’ notice is requested.
- Mixser Agency will make every effort to accommodate date changes requested by the client, subject to availability.
By accepting our services, the client agrees to and understands our cancellation policy. Mixser Agency reserves the right to review and modify this policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will only apply to projects contracted after the policy modification date.
